Smerillo Associates installs & customizes QuickBooks to permit the publisher to create sales orders to send to the trade distributor for fulfillment, invoice the customer, track outstanding payments, run customized reports, and turn everything over to Accounting in a neat package.


Monthly Reconciliation and
Bookkeeping & Royalty Statements
A small Brooklyn publisher has very limited staff, and no bookkeeper. Smerillo Associates provides monthly bookkeeping and reconciliation services, including reconciling payments from the book distributor, entering credit card expenses, balancing the checkbook, and reconciling AP and AR. Also provides year-end services to get the books in order prior to turning them over to the accountant for taxes. SA also compiles the twice-yearly royalty statements.
